1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only if the cat purchased from LinkXCity has a serious health condition diagnosed within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, you must provide a valid veterinary health report confirming the condition.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the pet.

  • Refunds do not apply if the pet is returned due to personal reasons unrelated to health or behavior.

2. Return and Replacement Policy

  • If the cat is found to have a serious health issue covered under our policy, you may choose to return the cat for a full refund or request a replacement cat of comparable value.

  • All returns must be arranged with LinkXCity customer support and completed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned cats must be in the same health condition as upon delivery, with no signs of neglect or mistreatment.

  • You are responsible for all shipping or transportation costs related to the return unless otherwise agreed.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Contact our customer support immediately upon noticing any health issues.

  • Provide your order details and veterinary health report.

  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Conditions

  • Refunds are not provided for changes of mind or personal preferences after purchase.

  • Refunds do not cover any medical expenses incurred post-delivery.

  • Any damage caused by neglect or improper care will void refund eligibility.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We take utmost care to ensure safe delivery of our cats. However, delays or incidents beyond our control may occur.

  • Please inspect your pet immediately upon delivery and notify us of any concerns within 24 hours.
